New Year’s Resolution: What to do?

One of the big headaches of New Year is the list of New Year’s resolutions. Many people make them, but only some of them can keep them. The problem is that we find them too hard to follow. Well, here are some easy to follow New year resolution ideas for my lovely readers

• Do not lie
• Do not hurt anyone. Think twice before you speak

• Avoid fast and packaged food
• Drink water or green tea
• Sleep enough
• Replace sugar with natural sweeteners like honey
• Give more time to your relationships
• Avoid stress and stay in the company of joy
