New Year’s Resolution: What to do?
One of the big headaches of New Year is the list of New Year’s resolutions. Many people make them, but only some of them can keep them. The problem is that we find them too hard to follow. Well, here are some easy to follow New year resolution ideas for my lovely readers
- Go vegetarian, partially if not fully
- Meet family and friends regularly over dinner
- Keep in touch with loved ones
- Follow a new hobby
- Go to a spa or gym regularly
- Help others and volunteer for a cause
- Donate your old clothes, furniture and food to others
- Save energy, Go green
- Remember birthdays and special occasions of your loved ones
- Send greeting cards to people on birthdays
- Pay off your bills regularly
- Do not lie
- Do not hurt anyone. Think twice before you speak
- Listen to your favorite music
- Add fresh juices or green to your meals
- Buy local
- Set your budget
- Avoid fast and packaged food
- Drink water or green tea
- Sleep enough
- Replace sugar with natural sweeteners like honey
- Give more time to your relationships
- Avoid stress and stay in the company of joy
