Nankana Sahib is a city in the Punjab province of Pakistan. There is no separate board of education in the Nankana Sahib district so, the education system is managed by the BISE Lahore board. Nankana Sahib 5th and 8th class students appeared in their board class exams this year under the Lahore board.
